I.- DEFINITIONS EVENT
It consists of the competition among the participants to obtain the PRIZE as defined below.
PARTICIPANT
It is the natural person of the female sex who, in accordance with these rules and regulations is proposed by PLAYBOY MEXICO ® to be part of the event “PMOY 2019”.
FINALIST
It is the Participant that by obtaining more votes registered in their favor on the site (https://www.playboy.com.mx/playmate-2019/) get one of the five places to compete for being THE WINNER, that is, the five participants who get the most votes in their favor will be finalists.
WINNER
It is the FINALIST who, according to the free and unappealable decision of the Jury appointed by PLAYBOY MEXICO ® to govern this event and in accordance with the parameters of the PLAYBOY MEXICO ® magazine, be designated with such character.
PRIZE
It consists of the production, assembly and dissemination in the PLAYBOY MEXICO ® magazine, for the cover of the month of December re of 2019, free of charge for the “WINNER” of a graphic, audio, video, audiovisual or film report, under study or obtained in events and public events of different nature, in which “THE WINNER” appears totally naked or with the clothing and accessories that PLAYBOY MEXICO® freely designates and always in accordance with the parameters of the magazine “PLAYBOY®, where said graphic report may appear in an enunciative and non-limiting manner: images, virtual, graphic, photographic, artistic , drawings and / or portraits, audio and audiovisual recordings in which “THE WINNER SITE” is portrayed, drawn, printed or engraved.

II.- CONDITIONS
No payment or contribution is necessary to participate in this contest, PLAYBOY MEXICO ®, does not request, does not require or accept any payment for the participation of the people who will be part of this event, therefore will not receive or accept by any means, or by itself or by an interposite person, any monetary amount to proceed with the registration of interested persons.It is an absolute and unappealable right of PLAYBOYMÉXICO®, to reject or exclude, without any responsibility and at the moment in which it considers it suitable for any of the participants who are involved or are part of any conduct that injures or may damage the good progress of the “Event”, interests, good name, reputation of PLAYBOY®, or any of its affiliates, partners or licensees.
III.- PARTICIPANTS
They were proposed by PLAYBOY MEXICO ® to participate in the “Event”:
a) .- Ten different people of the female sex;
b) .- To date they have credibly proven, by official document, to be over eighteen years old;
c) .- That they have demonstrated their legal residence in Mexico;
d) .- That they have not entered into or signed a modeling contract or any similar contract that by its very nature contrasts with the interests and bases of this “Event”.
e) .- That they have appeared in some edition of PLAYBOY® magazine, whether national or international, including online, digital versions or those published in the medium generally known as “Internet”.
f) .- That they have not been involved in scandalous or resonance disputes in the media.
g) .- They were not proposed or may participate in any way, employees, workers, clerks, managers, contractors, agents or representatives of PLAYBOY®, their companies af affiliated or licensed. This prohibition extends to family members, first-degree relatives, in any line, husbands, concubines, “couples” or any other person who may have an interest with PLAYBOY® or the “Event.” PLAYBOY®, may and will at any time if it deems it appropriate in its sole discretion and discretion, the right to remove or exclude from the “Event” any person who may be considered related to it, under the terms of this paragraph.
IV.- OF THE VOTES

V.- PERIODS AND DATES
The Event will be integrated through two stages:

VII.- JURY

The decisions of the Jury will be announced on the site: www.playboy.com.mx/playmate-2019 and will be unappealable.
VIII.- CONTRACT1.-

IX.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Due to the granting of the license indicated in the preceding paragraph, the applicant may not make commercial use of said materials during the period indicated in the first paragraph of this point. X.- NO LICENSE
The fact of participating in this Event does not grant any license to the Participants, the Finalists and the Winner to use in any way the brands, logos, emblems, symbol designs owned by or associated with PLAYBOY MEXICO® .
XI.- NO LIABILITY The fact of participating in this Event, does not create or materialize in any way a legal link other than those indicated by these bases, so between PLAYBOY MEXICO®, its representatives, executives, affiliated or licensing companies and Participants, Finalists and Winner DOES NOT originate or originate an employment relationship.
XII.- JURISDICTION For the case of controversy in the interpretation and compliance of this document, Participants, Finalists and Winner, expressly submit to civil laws as criminals and to the competent courts and tribunals of the Federal District, renouncing any other, that by reason of their present or future domiciles I could reciprocate them.
